Free Shipping 
We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders OVER $40 shipped within the U.S.A. 

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST are processed the next business day, excluding holidays. During peak season, processing may take an extra day or two.

Shipping Timeframes

We ship all orders directly from our Oregon facility via UPS and USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Please note that carriers don't deliver on weekends, and expedited shipping counts business days only—so while we'll always get your order out fast, we can't guarantee a specific arrival date for expedited orders.

Shipping Damages
Shipping damages are rare, but if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery during business hours (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST). Email us at info@relaintpet.com with your order number and details about the damage.
