Free Shipping
We offer free Ground Shipping on all orders Over $50 shipped within the U.S.A.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
We do not ship on weekends, and expedited shipping refers to business days only. As such, we cannot guarantee the arrival of expedited orders within a specified timeframe.
Shipping Damages
Shipping damages are rare, but if you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST). Email us at reliantpet@gmail.com with your order number and details about the damage.
Return Policy
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from ReliantPet.com, you may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in their original condition. Buyer pays return shipping, we can provide return shipping label but funds will be taken out of refund.
For purchases made through other retailers or dealers, please contact them directly for their return policies.
How to Initiate a Return
To return your purchase:

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the purchase date.

Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by emailing our Customer Service Team at reliantpet@gmail.com.

Include your order number and the RMA number in your return package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking information for your records.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving your returned product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not accept COD deliveries. Once your refund is processed, your credit card or payment method will reflect the refunded amount on your next statement, depending on your bank or billing cycle.
