→ Does it kill the mice, or just repel them? Repels. Nothing dies, which also means nothing dies in your walls. The pouches make the space unpleasant enough that mice stop treating it as a route or a nesting spot and go somewhere else.

→ Will it work if I already have mice? It works on active presence, but be realistic about the timeline. Most people see activity drop off in the first week or two as the scent trails break down. A heavy, established infestation is slower, and you may want to pair pouches with traps for the first few weeks — they work fine together. The pouches are what keeps the next wave from moving in.

→ How strong is the smell, really? Strong for the first few days, then it settles into a background mint-and-cinnamon note. Most people like it. If you don't like mint, you won't like this. We'd rather say that now.

→ I have a dog. A cat. Kids. Should I be worried? The pouch is sealed fabric — there's no spray, no dust, no bait to get into. Place them out of reach anyway, the same as you would anything else, and don't let a pet chew one open. Cats are more sensitive to peppermint oil than dogs are, so keep pouches somewhere your cat isn't sleeping or grooming.

→ How long does one pouch actually last? Up to 90 days. Airflow, heat, and humidity all shorten it — a pouch in a sealed storage bin outlasts one near a vent. If the scent has faded when you put your nose to it, it's done.

→ Indoors and outdoors? Both, but "outdoors" means sheltered — a shed, a barn, a crawl space, a wheel well. A pouch sitting in open weather won't last. Keep them out of direct rain.

→ How do I store the extras? In the resealable bag they came in. Sealed, they hold their potency until you're ready.
